Co - Founder Lauren Specialises in Raw desserts. Join her for an indulgent exploration of raw dessert design. From the classic cashew cheesecake to nut free desserts, a whole new world of sweeteners and dehydrated sweet treats. We will cover the building blacks of flavour, icings and touch on superfoods.
This course is for those beginning their Raw Dessert journey. Expect to go away with your own creations, a good understanding of basic raw dessert techniques.
